The rules of using Decisa.

1. What Decisa is

Decisa is an advertising operating system with two modules: Attribution (first-party click tracking, conversions API, ROAS reporting, CAPI pushback) and Campaign Management (ad-platform OAuth, draft-based campaign control, audit-logged changesets). You can use either module independently or both together.

2. Your account

2.1 Registration

Provide accurate information when you sign up. Keep your password confidential — you are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us at once if you suspect unauthorized access.

2.2 Age and authority

You must be at least 18. If you sign up on behalf of an organization you confirm you can bind that organization to these terms.

3. Connecting ad platforms

When you OAuth into Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, or X you authorize Decisa to read and (for write-enabled scopes) modify those accounts on your behalf. Every modification is drafted, previewable, and audit-logged before applying. You can revoke access any time from settings or directly with the platform.

You agree to comply with each platform's own terms of service. Decisa cannot insulate you from a violation of Meta, Google, TikTok, or X policy.

4. Workspaces and agencies

Workspaces organize ad accounts, team members, and attribution data. The owner role controls billing and access. Invited members must follow these terms. Agencies managing client accounts confirm they have authorization from each client to do so.

5. Acceptable use

Don't:

• Use the service for anything illegal
• Attempt unauthorized access to any system
• Interfere with the service or its infrastructure
• Use the conversions API or pixel to commit click fraud
• Send spam or unwanted ads using data tracked through Decisa
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or scrape the platform
• Violate an ad platform's policy through Decisa
• Share account credentials with people outside your workspace

6. Billing

6.1 Plans and tiers

Decisa ships modular pricing: Attribution (metered on tracked orders), Campaign Management (metered on ad spend under management), and Decisa Full (both modules at a bundle discount). Current rates are on the pricing page. The first 100 tracked orders per month are free.

6.2 Cycle and proration

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. Upgrades take effect immediately with proration. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current period.

6.3 Metered overages

Usage beyond the included tier (orders or ad spend) is billed on the next cycle, never during. You will not get a surprise mid-month charge.

6.4 Refunds

Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel any time and won't be charged again.

7. Your data, your IP

You retain ownership of every byte of data and content you bring into Decisa: account info, click events, conversions, campaign settings, attribution outputs. You grant Decisa a limited licence to host and process that data solely to provide the service. We will not sell, license, or use your data to train models that benefit other customers.

8. Service availability and warranties

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data from third-party ad platforms is accurate. Check our status page for live availability.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Decisa is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost data, or lost goodwill — arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Decisa against claims arising from your use of the service, your breach of these terms, or your violation of a third party's rights.

11. Termination

You can terminate any time from account settings — no refund of prepaid fees beyond what law requires. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or other compelling reason, with notice where reasonable. On termination, your data follows the retention policy in our privacy policy.

12. Changes to these terms

Material changes will be announced in the changelog and via in-app notice or email. Continued use after the change means acceptance.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Disputes go to the state or federal courts in Delaware.

14. Misc

• Entire agreement. These terms plus the privacy policy are the whole agreement between us.
• Severability. If one part is unenforceable the rest stays in effect.
• No waiver. Not enforcing a right once doesn't waive it.
• Assignment. You can't assign these terms without us. We can assign freely.
